Welcome to the Terms of Service page. Remember that if you want to hire us, you must carefully read all our terms, otherwise we will not be able to work for you.

Terms of Service Summary
- By making a purchase from NetherixStudios, you automatically accept the Terms of Service.
- You are prohibited from claiming or duplicating any work from NetherixStudios as your own or copying our documents.
- Live work requires a full upfront payment, while normal work requires a 50% payment upfront.
- All payments must be processed through the NetherixStudios payment system.
- You cannot sell any product created by a NetherixStudios freelancer without explicit permission.
- Although we keep all files saved, we recommend you also maintain backups.
- We monitor all payments made through NetherixStudios.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if it violates our Terms or any relevant laws. We also reserve the right to reject or terminate service that we are not comfortable with or if terms were not clarified before service began.
- We reserve the right to use any completed project on our social media or portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Our refund policy is strict, but certain conditions may allow for a refund.
- Any scam reports should be directed to the freelancer. If NetherixStudios is involved, please tag us in the report, and we will respond within 48 hours. We are not liable for payments sent to the freelancer in private.
- Clients must adhere to our rules; failure to do so may result in a ban, and active orders will not be refunded.
- Clients must pay a handling fee, which is 10% for commissions. This fee is automatically included in your invoice.
Client Response Timeline: If a client does not respond to freelancer communications or requests for feedback, the following timeline applies:
– Day 14: First automated reminder sent via Discord and email
– Day 21: Second reminder with warning of potential auto-completion
– Day 28: Final notice with 48-hour deadline for response
– Day 30: Commission automatically marked as complete and archivedDuring this period, work progress may be paused to await client input. Time spent waiting for client response does not count toward delivery deadlines and may extend the original completion date accordingly.
- When a new freelancer is assigned to a commission, the previous details are no longer valid, and new details must be discussed and agreed upon.
- Clients should not assume entitlement to features unless specifically mentioned, such as source files.

Refund Policy
In certain cases, reimbursements shall be granted, the amount of which shall be calculated on the basis of the total price of the commission.
- In the event of failure to meet deadlines, a refund of 10% per day, up to 75%, may be granted.
- Unsatisfactory products may be reimbursed up to a maximum of 15%.
- Inferior products may be reimbursed up to a maximum of 35%.
However, as a customer, you are not entitled to a refund if the delay has been caused directly by you, by third parties or by situations beyond our control that hinder our ability to complete the commission.
If you choose to put an order on hold, it will not count against the delivery time and you will not be entitled to a refund for the time the order has been on hold.
In addition, you will not be entitled to a refund if you decide to cancel the assignment once the freelancer has started work, although in some cases the remaining work may be refunded.
The decision regarding refunds is at the discretion of the Netherix Management Team.

Extra Charging Policy
We may charge extra on orders in the following circumstances:
- Change of customer’s opinion
- Change of product when at least 50% completed
- Addition to a project
- This is at the discretion of the Freelancer concerned, along with that of management.

General
Please read the following legal information carefully. You will not be allowed to contract any of our services if you do not agree with all of this document. It is up to you as a customer of NetherixStudios to review these Terms regularly as we reserve the right to change them at any time with or without notice.
Rules
Every user regardless of position/role must follow the following rules under any circumstances, if they violate one of these rules or regulations, they will be banned, if they have any open orders, they will not be refunded. You can find the rules in the #rules channel in our discord
Language used in tickets
We acknowledge that not everyone is fluent in English, which is why we have a diverse team of freelancers who speak various languages. However, finding reliable quality assurance staff for all languages is challenging, so we don’t recommend our freelancers to communicate in languages other than English.
If you choose to communicate with a freelancer in a language other than English, you must ensure the ticket’s quality and understand that management may not be able to help with any quality control issues. NetherixStudios is not liable for any promises made by freelancers in languages other than English that they fail to fulfill.
Commission process
All services or products purchased within NetherixStudios will be done through the Ticket system, when opening a new order the customer will fill out the form requested in a series of questions, then will be discussed with a Commission manager who will oversee the process and communication of the ticket.
Services
All our services are managed through NetherixStudios official server, under the command of the administrative team, in case you need freelancers to sign a NDA, you must notify our management team so that we can choose an authorized freelancer to sign such document.
We require a 100% upfront payment for new clients for security reasons, this will allow our freelancer(s) to start working on your project, in case the order has a price over 400 USD you can pay 50% to start the project and the other 50% at the end of the project.
All payments must be made through the NetherixStudios payment system, managed by the reputable PayPal payment platform.
If we fail to recover payment, we will claim the work as NetherixStudios’ own and resell it to compensate for lost revenue.
Freelancer Assignment Changes
When a freelancer replacement becomes necessary due to availability, performance, or other circumstances:
Client Notification:
Clients will be informed immediately with explanation of the change reason and introduction to the new freelancer.Agreement Continuity:
The new freelancer will honor at minimum 70% of the original agreed specifications including:- Core project deliverables and scope
- Original deadline (with reasonable adjustment if needed)
- Primary style/aesthetic requirements
New Terms Discussion:
Any significant modifications to timeline, price, or specifications must be mutually agreed upon in writing. Clients have the right to approve the new freelancer assignment before work continues.Compensation for Delays:
If freelancer changes cause delays beyond 7 days from the original deadline, clients may receive a 5% credit toward future services.
Intellectual Property Rights and Usage License
Upon full payment completion, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered work for its intended commercial or personal purpose as agreed in the original commission. This license includes:
- Right to use the work for the specified purpose (commercial/personal as agreed)
- Right to make minor modifications necessary for implementation
- Right to display the work publicly in connection with its intended use
NetherixStudios and the freelancer retain:
- Copyright ownership of the original creative work
- Right to use the work in portfolios and promotional materials
- All moral rights as original creators
Source files (PSD, AI, blend files, etc.) are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing and may require additional fees. Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of any work created through NetherixStudios.
Service Copyright
Any product or service purchased through NetherixStudios may not be sold without the administrative permission of NetherixStudios, any product or service found to have been resold will be immediately reclaimed as the property of NetherixStudios giving us the power to dispose of the purpose of such product or service, and we reserve the right to pursue any legal remedy we deem appropriate.
This means that you do not have the right to redistribute or treat as your own any files that you have received in connection with NetherixStudios, that have been provided to you automatically or by our authorized persons (management).
You are not allowed to use any images, logos, renders, screenshots, captions, quotes, etc. without the permission of the authors.
Project Files
Any product or service purchased through NetherixStudios may not be sold without the administrative permission of NetherixStudios, any product or service found to have been resold will be immediately reclaimed as the property of NetherixStudios giving us the power to dispose of the purpose of such product or service, and we reserve the right to pursue any legal remedy we deem appropriate.
Logging
We keep a record of all NetherixStudios transactions and channels. These records may include information such as emails and user names. This information will not be made public or sold to any outside entity.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to deny or terminate service if it is in breach of our Terms, or any laws set forth by any nations involved with the sale. We also reserve the right to deny or terminate service that we are not comfortable with terms surrounding, or developments not made clear before the service has begun.
Portfolio
We reserve the right to use any completed project for our own promotional uses and/or in our portfolio. This product may include a short description. We will not use your name or information unless explicitly permitted.
Payments
NetherixStudios accepts the following payment methods for all services:
Primary Payment Methods:
- PayPal Goods and Services: All PayPal payments must be processed through Goods and Services for buyer and seller protection. Friends and Family payments will not be accepted.
- Cryptocurrency (USDT): We accept Tether (USDT) payments on Ethereum (ERC-20). Cryptocurrency payments must be sent to our official wallet addresses provided in your ticket by the OWNER/FOUNDER.
Payment Processing:
Clients must pay a handling fee of 10% for commissions to cover processing and platform maintenance costs. This fee is automatically included in your invoice and covers: payment processing, quality assurance monitoring, customer support services, and platform security measures. The handling fee is non-refundable and calculated based on the total project value before taxes.
Payment Structure:
All of our services require full invoice payment in advance (full amount must be paid). If the project amount exceeds 400 USD, clients have the option to pay 50% at the beginning to start the project and the remaining 50% before receiving the final project files.
Cryptocurrency Payment Terms:
– USDT payments are processed at the exchange rate at time of invoice creation
– Transaction fees are the responsibility of the client
– Payments must be confirmed on the blockchain before work begins
– Refunds for crypto payments will be processed in USDT at the current exchange rate minus network fees
– Clients must provide transaction hash for payment verification
Important Notes:
– All prices are quoted in USD regardless of payment method
– Payment confirmations are required before project commencement
– We monitor all transactions through our official payment channels only
– Private payments to freelancers outside our system are strictly prohibited and not covered by our policies
Shipping
Delivery of every completed orders/projects takes place in an online environment. You will never be asked to fill in an address.
Full amount at the beginning: you can receive screenshots and files containing the project itself for review during the commission. On completion, you will receive the project files right away.
Half (50%) of the amount at the beginning: you can only get screenshots during the commission. On completion you will be asked to pay the rest, only then will you receive the project files, the maximum time to complete the payment should not exceed 72 hours.
Dispute Resolution Process
NetherixStudios follows a structured approach to resolve conflicts fairly and efficiently:
Step 1 – Direct Communication (48 hours):
All disputes must first be addressed within the original ticket with the assigned Commission Manager facilitating discussion between client and freelancer.Step 2 – Management Review (5 business days):
If direct communication fails, the case escalates to NetherixStudios Management Team for formal review. Both parties must provide written statements and supporting evidence.Step 3 – Final Decision (7 business days):
Management will issue a binding decision based on the original agreement terms, communication records, and delivered work quality. This may include partial refunds, additional revisions, or project completion adjustments.
For scam allegations specifically: Tag @NetherixStudios Management in your report and allow 48 hours for initial response.
We are not liable for payments made privately outside our official payment system.
Refund Policy
We may offer refunds under the following circumstances, Please note that PayPal fees are non-refundable, so the amount will be calculated based on the freelancer’s quote:
Missed Deadline:
If a product isn’t completed by the deadline, we may provide a partial refund, typically 10% per day up to 75% of the commission’s price, depending on factors such as the time allowed, client-requested changes, and the project’s scale. Each case is evaluated individually.
Unsatisfactory Product:
If a client isn’t satisfied with the final delivered product and the work does not meet the originally agreed specifications, we may offer a refund of up to 15% of the commission price. Before issuing any refund, the following process must be completed:
– Client must provide specific written feedback within 48 hours of delivery
This policy applies only when original requirements were clearly defined and documented. Subjective preferences or changes in client vision do not qualify for refunds under this category.
– Freelancer will be given one opportunity to address concerns through revisions
– If revisions don’t resolve the issues, management will review the original specifications
– Refunds are only applicable when delivered work materially deviates from agreed specificationsSubstandard Product:
If a project doesn’t meet NetherixStudios’ standards, we may offer a refund of up to 35%. The decision is made by the Management Team.
Open Clause:
We may offer a refund for reasons other than those outlined in this document. In cases such as these, it will be entirely up to the discretion of Senior Management.
Handling fees are non-refundable. The refund % is on the total decided amount. As a client, you are not eligible for a refund if the delay is caused directly by you or by any third-parties or situations which are out of our control and restrict our capability to complete the commission.
Moreover, you are not eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel the commission after the freelancer already starts working on it, though a refund compensation may be issued in some cases, for the work which is yet to be completed.
Commissions on hold:
You have the option for keeping your commission on hold, this means a commission is declared as “on hold” by you, this duration will not be counted within deadline/timeframe and you will not be eligible for “missed deadline” refunds for the time period the commission was on hold.
If you decide to cancel the commission after it has been paid and the freelancer has already started work, you will receive an amount equivalent to the work performed by the freelancer.
Extra Charging Policy
Client change of mind:
If a client decides to change the commission, the freelancer can charge an additional fee. Make sure that all details are clearly communicated to everyone involved, and then inform the Commission Manager or Management Team. One of these two parties must approve the price increase. All requests must be submitted through the official Discord server ticket. Requests made outside of the ticket will not be considered by NetherixStudios.
Change in product when at least 50% complete:
If a considerable change to the project is requested after the original request has reached 50% completion, the Freelancer may require additional payment to complete the change. If the client does not wish to pay extra, the commission will be finished to the original specifications. This is not a valid reason for a refund.
Addon to the project:
If a client wishes to add an additional service or add a request not present in the original agreement as is not relevant to an issue resulting from work done or an issue with the product, the freelancer is entitled to ask for additional pay. A member of management will need to provide approval for this.
Open Clause:
Freelancers may require additional payment for reasons other than those outlined in this document. In cases such as these, it will be entirely up to the discretion of the Freelancer and Netherix Management.
Attempting to evade NetherixStudios Premises
As a client, you must not contact our freelancers directly regarding a commission. All communication between you and the freelancer must occur within a ticket. If you engage in a private transaction with a freelancer sourced through NetherixStudios, you will be banned from all our services and discord, and you will not be eligible for refunds. If you need to communicate with a freelancer regarding a product created through NetherixStudios, please open a support ticket, and the freelancer will respond within the ticket.
NetherixStudios is not liable for any money lost or scammed that was directly paid to the freelancer.
Extended Support Period
NetherixStudios provides a comprehensive 30-day support period with enhanced coverage:
Days 1-7: Order Revision
– Free revisions to meet originally agreed specifications
– Priority response time within 24 hours
– No additional charges for specification compliance fixes (order requirements)Days 8-30: Standard Support Period
– Continued support for technical issues and minor adjustments
– Response time within 48 hours for support requests
– Additional charges may apply for new requirements or scope changesSupport Includes:
– Bug fixes and technical issues resolution
– File format conversions (up to 2 different formats)
– Minor color/text adjustments within original scope
– Implementation guidance and basic troubleshootingAdditional Charges Apply For:
– New features not in original agreement
– Major design changes or redesigns
– Additional deliverables beyond original scope
– Extended support beyond 30 days (available for additional fee)
