Netherix Studios (“Netherix”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates netherixstudios.com, related subdomains (including tickets and transcripts), our Discord communities, and the private Discord application Netherix Services (the “Bot”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It is written to comply with applicable privacy laws (including the GDPR where it applies) and with Discord’s Developer Terms of Service and Discord Developer Policy, including rules on API Data.
By using our website, Discord servers, Bot, commission services, or store, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We are a Minecraft design studio. We provide:
- custom commissions and a premade product store;
- Discord servers for clients (Main) and freelancers (Freelancers);
- the Netherix Services Bot, which is private / invite-only and is not offered for other communities to install.
This Policy covers:
- our websites and subdomains;
- accounts and store checkouts;
- Discord servers we operate;
- the Bot and its databases;
- commission tickets, invoices, and ticket transcripts.
It does not cover Discord Inc. itself. Discord has its own Privacy Policy: https://discord.com/privacy
When you use our Discord servers or the Bot, we receive information through Discord’s APIs (“API Data”). Under Discord’s Developer Terms we:
- collect only what we need to run commissions, tickets, roles, payments, and server safety;
- do not sell API Data;
- do not use API Data to train machine-learning or AI models (including large language models), unless Discord has given express written permission;
- do not mine or scrape Discord;
- do not use the Bot to spy on private messages unrelated to our services;
- keep API Data secure and limit access to people who need it to operate Netherix;
- honor Discord’s and your rights to access, correction, and deletion as described below.
Privileged intents. The Bot uses:
- Server Members Intent — to see who joins/leaves and who has which service/department roles on both servers, so we can sync roles, count members, and move people when a service changes department.
- Message Content Intent — only to (a) relay commission ticket replies between the client ticket and the freelancer channel, (b) generate transcripts of closed commission tickets, and (c) filter disallowed links in designated community channels.
The Bot does not use Presence Intent (online status, activities, or games).
- Name, Discord username, email, password (website accounts).
- Commission details: project description, budget, deadline, files, service requested.
- Freelancer profile: bio, portfolio URLs, PayPal email / payout details you submit.
- Support messages, applications, trial-task answers, reviews.
- Payment details you enter with PayPal or Wise (we do not store full card numbers; those processors do).
- Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar (as provided by Discord).
- Server membership and role IDs (service, department, staff, freelancer).
- Channel and message IDs needed to run tickets.
- Content of messages, embeds, components, and attachments inside commission ticket channels (and the paired freelancer channel), including when we relay a reply or build a transcript.
- Message content in non-ticket community channels only to check whether a message contains a blocked HTTP link (anti-scam / anti-advertising). We do not keep a copy of ordinary chat.
- Invite / join information used for onboarding where that feature is enabled.
- IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, approximate location from IP, cookies or similar technology if enabled on the site.
- Store/order identifiers and basic analytics needed to run the shop.
- Discord Presence (online/idle/DND, “Playing …”).
- Your Discord password.
- Full payment card PAN/CVV.
- Message history of general community channels (except the short-lived link check described above).
- Data from Discord servers that are not ours (the Bot is not public).
Legal bases (GDPR, where applicable):
- Contract — you asked for a commission, applied as a freelancer, or created an account.
- Legitimate interests — server safety, role sync, fraud prevention, internal ops, in a way that does not override your rights.
- Consent — optional marketing or non-essential cookies, if we ever use them (you can withdraw).
- Legal obligation — invoices and accounting.
